Orders and payment
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or appropriate authorization under applicable law. Provide accurate billing, contact and delivery details. Before payment, you can review the products, price, delivery charges and disclosed applicable taxes.
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not acceptance. We accept the order by sending a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot accept an order after taking payment, we will refund it promptly. We may decline orders on reasonable grounds such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud or legal restrictions, subject to applicable law.
Payment options are displayed at checkout. Any separate payment-provider terms apply to that provider's services; they do not reduce our obligations as seller. We will not impose retroactive charges or change a confirmed order without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, your agreement.
Product information
The applicable product page identifies the materials, dimensions, included components and compatibility of the item ordered. Natural variations in a hand-shaped product may occur where disclosed, but the product must remain consistent with its description and required quality standards.
Images may display differently on different screens. This does not excuse material differences, defects or misleading descriptions. Follow the supplied instructions for safe use, cooktop compatibility, cleaning and temperature limits. Performance depends on the product and cooking conditions; advertising statements and statutory conformity obligations remain applicable.
Pricing and promotions
The checkout states the transaction currency and total amount payable to us. Import charges, if any, are disclosed as described in our Shipping Policy. Promotion conditions and expiry dates are stated with the offer. We will address material pricing or description errors fairly and in accordance with applicable law, including refunding any payment for an order that is lawfully canceled.
Delivery, returns and guarantees
Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy apply. Responsibility for goods in transit and the transfer of delivery risk follow applicable law; we do not disclaim all responsibility once a parcel is handed to a carrier.
Products must meet applicable statutory quality, safety and conformity requirements. EU consumers have the applicable legal conformity guarantee, generally at least two years, with longer periods where local law provides. A separate commercial guarantee, if offered, is additional and does not replace these rights.
Store use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, commit fraud or infringe the rights of others. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including relevant product liability, fraud or injury caused by negligence. We do not limit all claims to the purchase price or require consumers to waive statutory remedies.

Changes
